You’re not 19, and you definitely don’t need a stamp on your hand. What you do want is to belt out Mariah Carey, drink way too much mulled wine, and still be in your pajamas by 9:00 PM watching telly.

The evening starts with gentle seated stretches, moves into calming breathwork, then settles into a 45 minute sound bath where you lie down and let the vibrations do the work for you. Warm teas and something sweet to close the evening gently.

Bring comfy clothes, a mat, and an eye mask if you want full switch off mode. Free parking on site and zero pressure to perform, pose, or impress anyone except yourself.

Santa hats on, paddles out. This festive float down the River Soar is exactly as crazy and joyful as it sounds. Dress up as Santa or grab a hat on the day, then head out on the water for a morning of Christmas tunes, singing, hot drinks and seasonal goodies. It is fun, slightly ridiculous, and for a good cause too, with proceeds supporting their Community Fund to help more people get outdoors!
