Things To Do This Week: Leicester Comedy Festival, The Nutcracker, Plus a Free Comedy Archive Exhibition!

Morning! Fancy turning February into a personal comedy marathon, with a show on the calendar most nights and still enough free picks to stay civilised about it?

The Comedy Festival is the main storyline this week, so the plan is simple, grab one big name, add a work in progress set that could be your new favourite, then pad it out with the low cost and free bits when you fancy being spontaneous. Add in a few non comedy side quests and you have a week that finally gives your sofa a night off.

🗓️ WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS WEEK?

🟡 - Leicester Comedy Festival 2026: Ready For 700 Reasons To Laugh In February?
📍- Various Venues Across Leicestershire

Fancy swapping another night on the sofa for something that makes you actually laugh out loud? This festival drops a ridiculous amount of shows across February, with big names in the mix plus smaller sets that turn into your new favourite comedian. Pick a headline act, grab a cheap punt on a newcomer, and keep an eye on the free events when you want a spontaneous plan.
