Morning! Big one this week. Comic Con takes over the Mattioli Arena with cosplay, celebrity panels, trader booths, and early bird tickets from £6. The Craft & Flea makers market is on the same day at The Venue at DMU, ceramics, candles, jewellery, and vintage, £3 in. Two very different Sundays available this week.
Also this week, 80s and 90s Daytime Clubbing lands at Quarter 25 on Saturday, five hours of club anthems for the over 30s, and the Rocky Horror Picture Show is at De Montfort Hall on Thursday if you're feeling adventurous mid-week.

Creed Comic Con takes over the Mattioli Arena for six hours of cosplay, collectibles, and pop culture. Meet artists, actors, and creators, browse the trader booths, and watch the cosplay contest to see who has been planning their outfit since January.
Props, panels, and photoshoots on top of that. Early bird tickets from £6, so get in before the price goes up.

Kilo Wine Bar sits on the High Street in Quorn with an extensive wine list heavy on Italian bottles, sharing boards loaded with continental cheeses and cured meats, arancini in five fillings including spicy nduja and mushroom and truffle.
Food runs from 9am through to 10pm, there's a south-facing sun trap terrace out back with draft beer on tap and dogs welcome. Open daily, book a table online or just turn up.

Craft & Flea's curated makers market is back at The Venue at DMU, with ceramics, illustrations, candles, jewellery, and vintage collections all under one roof. Every stall has to apply to get in, so the standard is high. Your resolve, less so.
£3 entry, under 12s get in free. Pre-book for priority entry, though your time inside is not capped, which is either reassuring or dangerous depending on how you feel about candles.

Over 30s Daytime Clubbing is back at Quarter 25 on Saturday, with five hours of 80s and 90s club anthems, light shows, retro visuals, and DJs who know exactly what they're doing. No kids, no late nights, just the songs you actually know all the words to.
Tickets available online, last entry 6pm, strictly 25+. Stags, hens, and birthdays get a group discount, message them on Instagram to sort it.
