The Leicester Wellness Festival returns to The Venue at DMU for its fifth year with free yoga running all day, sound baths, wellness talks, and over 80 holistic exhibitors. The main hall programme runs from sun salutations and yoga flow through Hatha, Kundalini, Yin, Tai Chi, and a couple of sound baths, with workshops on meditation, intentional living, tarot, and voice activation running alongside.

There are alternative therapies, healthy food and drink, and holistic stalls to browse throughout. Everyone who buys a ticket goes into a draw for a month's free membership at Balanced Roots in Stoneygate too. One to book ahead for.
