Daytime Disco bring the Ska Day Party to Fat Cat on Saturday with five hours of brass-powered bangers spanning every era of ska, from Jamaica to 2-Tone to the modern revival. The Specials, Madness, Toots & The Maytals, Reel Big Fish - classics, crowd-pleasers, and floor-fillers made for skanking.

Four releases have already sold out and the final one is 90% gone, so this is not one to leave until the last minute. Strictly 18+, last entry 5pm. Groups of ten or more get a discounted rate.

Waffle & Bagel on Silver Walk couldn't decide between a fluffy waffle and a properly stacked bagel, so they built a place that does both and takes them seriously. Everything is made in house, the produce is organic and local, and the juice is squeezed fresh every single morning!

Wizard School takes over The Guildhall for the day, where kids make their own wand, hat, and a magical "rabbit in a hat" toy. There's a wizard world trail to follow around the museum and a broomstick game out in the courtyard, with broomsticks provided.

£4 per child in advance, £5 on the door, and adults get in free. Suitable for all ages.

A full day of relaxation and wellness at The Black Horse in Aylestone, with no need to book - just drop in anytime between noon and 7pm. Reiki and crystal healing, Indian head massage, reflexology, meditation, sound baths, and psychic readings all running through the day.

There are mystical stalls filled with crystals and handmade products to browse too, plus free talks and interactive demonstrations throughout. The kind of Sunday that undoes a stressful week without asking much of you.
